Course Content

Lead Cloud Security Manager is both a training course and a certification.

Candidates will be required to follow the training course in self-study mode or E-learning mode at their convenience, taking into account the 12 months timeframe for training and certification.

Pre-recorded videos and materials will be made available to the candidate for further training. Candidates will also have access to an examination questionnaire to help them prepare for the exam. Candidates will be allowed two attempts at the exam, but these must be completed within the allotted time.

The Lead Cloud Security Manager training enables participants to develop the skills needed to implement and manage a cloud security program following widely recognized best practices.

The training contains development exercises, multiple-choice quizzes, and examples of cloud security best practices.

Participants are encouraged to communicate with each other and participate in discussions as they complete quizzes and exercises.

The exercises are based on a case study.

The structure of the quizzes is similar to that of the certification exam.

The main requirement to participate in this course is to have a fundamental understanding of ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 and a general knowledge of cloud computing concepts.

The "PECB Certified Lead Cloud Security Manager" exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (PEC). The exam covers the following competency areas:

The growing number of organizations supporting remote work has increased the use of cloud services, which has, in turn, proportionally increased the demand for secure cloud infrastructure.

This course is designed to help participants acquire the knowledge and skills needed to help an organization effectively plan, implement, manage, monitor and maintain a cloud security program based on ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018. It provides a comprehensive understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles, cloud computing security risk management, cloud-specific measures, cloud security incident management, and cloud security testing.

The training is followed by the certification exam. If you pass it successfully, you can apply for the "PECB Certified Lead Cloud Security Manager" certification.
