ISO 21001 Foundation

ISO 21001 Foundation is both a training course and a certification.

Candidates will be required to follow the training course in self-study mode or E-learning mode at their convenience, considering the 12 months’ timeframe for training and certification.

Pre-recorded videos and materials will be made available to the candidate for further training. Candidates will also have access to an examination questionnaire to help them prepare for the exam. Candidates will be allowed two attempts at the exam, but these must be completed within the allotted time.

The ISO 21001 Foundation training enables you to learn the basic elements to implement and manage an Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) as specified by ISO 21001.

The ISO 21001 Foundation training enables you to learn the basic elements to implement and manage an Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) as specified by ISO 21001. During this training course, you will be able to understand the different modules of an EOMS, including EOMS policy, procedures, performance evaluation, management commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.

After completing this course, you can sit for the exam and apply for a “PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 21001 Foundation” certificate. A PECB Foundation Certificate shows that you have understood the fundamental methodologies, requirements, framework and management approach.

Understand the elements and operations of an Educational Organizations Management System and their principal processes:

·         Acknowledge the correlation between ISO 21001, ISO 9001 and other standards and regulatory frameworks

·         Understand the approaches, methods and techniques used for the implementation and management of an EOMS 

·         Lecture sessions are illustrated with practical questions and examples

·         Practical exercises include examples and discussions

·         Day 1: Introduction to Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) concepts as required by ISO 21001

·         Day 2: Educational Organizations Management System requirements and Certificate Exam

The exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certificate Programme. It covers the following competency domains:

·         Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS)

·         Domain 2: Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS)

PECB Certified ISO 21001 Foundation exam will be 100% online.

Candidates will be asked to come to 1simple1's premises or take the exam in our accredited exam room, where they will be supervised in real time or you can take it from your home.

PECB Certified ISO 21001 Foundation exam lasts 1hr. Candidates may retake the exam if they fail during the 1-year interval. 

Once you have passed the exam, a certificate will be issued if you meet all the requirements for the selected title.

Certificate and examination fees are included in the price of the training course

Training material containing over 200 pages of information and practical examples will be distributed

An attestation of course completion worth 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to the participants who have attended the training course.

In case of exam failure, you can retake the exam within 12 months free of charge.
