PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL

The PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) is a training and certification course.

The candidate will be required to follow the training in self-study mode or online at his/her convenience, considering the 6-to-12-month training and certification deadline.

Pre-recorded videos and materials are made available to the candidate for further training. Candidates will also have access to an examination questionnaire to help them prepare for the exam.

The PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) is the de facto project management reference published by the PMI® (Project Management Institute).

In particular, it describes all the best practices to be mastered if a project is to succeed from start to finish.

This course prepares participants for the internationally recognized PMI PMP® certification.

It consists of 35 hours of instruction by a certified instructor, at the end of which participants have the option of taking the deferred exam at an approved Pearson Vue center.

Candidates for certification can consult the conditions of eligibility for certification on the PMI website.

·         Module 1 - Creating a High Performing Team:

o   Learn to define team ground rules, build a shared understanding, engage and support virtual teams and more.

·         Module 2 - Keeping Your Team on Track:

o   Learn to collaborate with stakeholders, lead a team, manage conflict and more.

·         Module 3 - Getting Started with Your Project

o   Learn to engage stakeholders, manage and plan scope, assess and manage risk and more.

·         Module 4 - Doing the Work:

o   Learn to manage project changes, determine appropriate project methods and practices, establish project governance and more.

·         Module 5 - Keeping the Business in Mind:

o   Learn to evaluate business and environment changes, support organizational change, improve processes and more.

Participants take the PMI PMP® exam at an approved Pearson Vue center, within a few months of completion of the course (individual work is required in addition to the 35 hours of training).

The exam consists of a 230-minute MCQ, with 180 questions (5 of which do not count).

PMI® membership for one year included; this also gives access to reference documentation on the PMI portal (notably the PMBOK® and the Agile Practical Guide in PDF format).

The PMI PMP® exam will be 100% online.

Candidates will be asked to come to 1simple1's premises or take the exam in our accredited exam room, where they will be supervised in real time, or you can take it from your home.

The PMI PMP® exam lasts 230 minutes.

Once you have passed the exam, a certificate will be issued if you meet all the requirements for the selected title.
