Course Curriculum
13 sectionsThe FitSM® Advanced training in Service Operation and Control (SOC) is a training and certification course.
Candidates will be required to follow the training in self-study mode or online at their convenience, considering the 06 to 12-month training and certification deadline.
Pre-recorded videos and materials are made available to the candidate for further training. Candidates will also have access to an examination questionnaire to help them prepare for the exam.
FitSM® is a framework designed to facilitate IT service management (ITSM) and is compatible with the international standard ISO/IEC 20000 and the ITIL® framework. As such, it aims to be pragmatic by offering a version of ITSM capable of handling federated environments. It is based on four key principles: practicality, consistency, sufficiency, and scalability.
This training covers the basic concepts of ITSM, the structure of the FitSM® framework, as well as the key principles and processes it comprises, while also preparing participants for the FitSM® Advanced SOC certification.

· Individuals aim to fulfill the role of consultant or internal/external auditor in the field of IT service management.
· Individuals who wish to progress to the expert level of the FitSM® qualification and certification program.

Preparation for the FitSM® Advanced SOC certification
· The exam is taken at the end of the course or later, online
· 30 multiple choice questions, with a duration of 60 minutes.
· At least 70% correct answers (21 of 30) are required to pass the examination
The exam will be 100% online.
Candidates will be asked to come to 1simple1's premises or take the exam in our accredited exam room, where they will be supervised in real time, or you can take it from your home.
The exam lasts 60 minutes.
Once you have passed the exam, a certificate will be issued if you meet all the requirements for the selected title.
