13 sectionsThe SCRUM: PSM I® (Professional Scrum Master®) is a training and certification course.
Candidates will be required to follow the training in self-study mode or online at their convenience, considering the 06 to 12-month training and certification deadline.
Pre-recorded videos and materials are made available to the candidate for further training. Candidates will also have access to an examination questionnaire to help them prepare for the exam.
Scrum provides a framework for developing products. Within the teams, Scrum offers a special role: Scrum Master. The Scrum Master is the person who helps the team to apply Scrum and adapt it to the context. He is the one who encourages the team to progress, to become self-sufficient and works to remove obstacles that could hinder advancement.
Through theory and exercises, the Scrum Master course provides participants with the basics of how to apply Scrum and prepares them to take the Professional Scrum Master® (PSM I®) certification delivered by Scrum.org®.

- Anyone who wishes to take part in an agile project, either as a contributor or as a contributor’s manager.
- Understand the role of the Scrum Master
- Know the activities of the Scrum Master
- Plan your action in an agile project as a Scrum Master
- Prepare for the PSM I® exam from Scrum.org®
Face-to-face or distance learning.
- · Take time to read the Scrum Guide (required)
- · Have a minimum knowledge of agile fundamentals or iterative and incremental developments
The final exam in English language can be taken online on the last day of the course or deferred. The format of the examination for this program consists of a MCQ of 80 questions to be answered within 60 minutes. The pass mark will be 85% or more
The exam will be 100% online.
Candidates will be asked to come to 1simple1's premises or take the exam in our accredited exam room, where they will be supervised in real time, or you can take it from your home.
The exam lasts 60 minutes.
Once you have passed the exam, a certificate will be issued if you meet all the requirements for the selected title.
